It was purchased for my 5 year old grandson and he wears it constantly. The length was perfect as well and he still has room to grow. The hat is of excellent quality too and stands up well when mounted on the head. I would recommend this product whole heartedly for a Halloween costume as well. It will last for a long time.

(More customer reviews)I bought these on a whim. I commute by bicycle. That being said, I am always looking to save space and weight. Having all three lenses in a lightweight case is outstanding. I leave early in the morning. The contrast orange lenses are great for that setting. I "ride off into the sunset" in the return trip. The smoke lenses cover that. The clear are quite effective in the rain. For the money I can't imagine looking any further than these. If they last, they will retroactively earn that final star.

When I wore this to school for Halloween, a lady shouted to me from her car how cool she thought this hat was. Since it's not in stores, it will be something no one else will have, and you can really make it your own by incorporating it into your own costume. It's also size-adjustable, but I think the size-adjuster strip is for small children. It fits best on about a 22" head without size-adjustment. The hat will retain its shape even after being compressed in the box -- don't worry about that. All in all, it's a great witch hat.

The next pair I opened broke as soon as I attempted to open it to put them on my son's face. The ear pieces are hinged at an angle that prevents them from opening all the way. In order to open them all the way, they must break. BAD quality.

I don't like the tie too much and would rather have a velcro closure, but my daughter loves it. I picked the blue with stars over a pink or purple cape so she could use it during "pirate play" and adventures other than princess. It is as expected, but was hoping it would have been a little nicer.

(More customer reviews)This is the second robe I got from Artemisia, along with a black and red cloak. I love the grey color, and the fabric is nice and smooth. The sleeves are huge, and the hood is a really nice size and both of them are lined in a really pretty matching gray satin. The rest of the robe is not lined, though, but the fabric is kind of thick so it would probably be too heavy if it were. It's a little too long on me but it will serve the purpose. Great value for the money. Very happy!

(More customer reviews)The wig looks like in the photo. Everyone recognized her as Hermione right away, with the rest of her costume (white shirt, necktie, robe). It stayed on her head pretty well for the school parade and when she went trick or treating (I put her hair in a braid and pinned it up). Her bangs tended to peek out in front a bit when the hairpin came loose, but they weren't very noticeable. It made the back of her neck itch and she wanted to take it off, so I put her collar up in the back and that helped.

It's not burgundy or maroon or any resemblance of the HP tie. For a supposedly "Licensed Harry Potter" tie, isn't the whole point that it LOOK like Harry's tie, i.e. the CORRECT color???
I will NEVER buy another costume or accessory from Rubies Costumes again! :(

I tried it on, a boys large will fit a small adult (I'm 20 years old and didn't want to spend 109 on a satin lined Slytherin robe from Alivans) and overall it's pretty comfortable. It's a little itchy at first but the fabric is nice and it looks pretty much the same as a Slytherin robe from the movie. It went perfectly with my Slytherin scarf, tie and sweater. Great must have for any Slytherins out there.
