This was recommended to me by my local bookseller. I am an avid mystery reader, but military suspense has never been my thing. Usually the writing is artless and overly "jargony". While there is some jargon here (a necessity for books like this, I suppose), it is handled deftly and the story moves along at a fine pace. The dialogue is exceedingly well-written and the end result is very satisfying. I look forward to more from the pen of Ken Miller.
