Fill you sink or tub with room temperature water and add a few cups of white vinegar until you can taste the vinegar in the water slightly. Soak the scarf in the water and swish it lightly! Roll scarf carefully and then take out of water and place on a towel. Roll the scarf in the towel and squeeze out water. Leave scarf out to dry, DO NOT PUT IT IN THE WASHER OR DRIER!!!!
After you do all that the scarf should be nice and soft! I would suggest this scarf to all my friends! :)
